RayNeo's developer site covers the X series (Android/Unity) and Air series, not iO. iO runs a low-power firmware, not Android. We connected to it from our own CoreBluetooth code on an iPhone to answer one question: can a third-party caption app use it? We then returned the unit. We describe what is and isn't possible; we don't publish the authentication details.

Verdict

Fine for an app that only needs the glasses' own caption screen. Not a fit if your app needs to control what's on the lens.
